Glitter disco child started in 2017 just selling glitter, and then made a collaboration collection with four female influencers which helped to grow the business. I then moved onto festival clothing which did well but decided to go into everyday wear which really opened up and widened our audience.

On Instagram we have 17.5k followers.

The business is still small with only myself and a shareholder who is looking to sell their 70% share due to moving abroad, while I own 30% which I am willing to sell based on the right person.

In the past we had a collection  made over £1000 in 24 hours, this was done completely organically by posting on Instagram to our committed followers and returning customers.

Due to covid and instagram algorithm and no funding we are not reaching as many potential customers. However, I really do believe with the right funding and expertise the business could be as big as Jaded ldn or Ragged Priest and the potential to sell on big websites such as ASOS.

As I have created the brand and clothing by designing it all by myself so I would be happy to stay an employee or freelancer in the creative side of the business so it keeps it’s flare and vision which is received extremely well, I just unfortunately do not have the expertise in other areas such as marketing or funding to advertise to a wider audience and grow to a size the company truly deserves.

Please no time wasters – we are looking for someone with the necessary funds to grow to a much larger scale while also working on their environmental impact, we only want someone who is keen to work with EU manufacturers and be eco friendly. We are looking for someone who has experience in retail and running a business to drive this great potential forward. The Women’s clothing  market is a huge industry and with the right business mind and funding the rewards are endless.
