There is an initial investment required to start a sustainable SureCare franchise. The amount will vary to some degree depending on the area and the premises.The estimated investment required is between £80,000 – £90,000 to open a new branch, which includes working capital and the franchise fee. Whatever that amount may be,30% of that amount as direct cash or personal resources, while 70%  can be raised from SureCare selected  financial partners or the mainstream banks to buy a new or an existing branch.


A SureCare franchise has proven to be a very profitable business model with a number of franchise owners reporting annual turnover levels in excess of £1,000,000 with substantial profits. We aim for new franchisee to break even within 9 months of CQC Registration and would expect an established office to achieve gross profits of 40% and net profits of between 15-20%.
