Full rate card, that is if you manage to achieve full rate card which you might not however if you give 25% discount on rate card the estimated annual turnover £193,050.00. Full rate card estimated annual turnover is £257,400.00. This equates to 120 clients in total across all 3 packages offered & should be achieved within 1 year of day zero.

What does the business need?

In short it needs marketing support. I have had professionals undertake SEO work to the site which so far has been all organic. The next logical step would be to look at google adwords PPC or equivalent. I was waiting for this to appear organically in google but it seems that they only really want me to pay to achieve this. The minute is shows in either page one or as a paid ad, it can generate immediate income.

What is included in the sale?

The website, face book page, twitter, instagram & the business telephone number along with all the IP logos etc.

Why am I selling?

In short, I have run out of money to take this project forward, by engaging with marketing companies charging a fortune for no results!
