Since establishing my mobile business in 2012, I have built a large base of appreciative customers for my authentic high-quality wood fired pizzas.

Liguori’s Pizza, mobile service has become a well-recognized feature within our local area, in the New Forest.

My business has a superb reputation and many of our customers are familiar with our trading routine and have become regulars.

The business offers a variety of good value freshly made classic and specials pizzas and currently operates from four locations.

Trading hours are 17:30 – 20.00, Tuesday to Friday.

In addition, I have built a reputation for catering for parties, functions, weddings, and other events and have a number of these already booked into 2021.

The business has been awarded 5-star in The Food Hygiene Rating Scheme

I have not grown the business potential over the last few years due to my wife ongoing health problem. This is a genuine reason for selling my business otherwise I would keep it.

Equipment to be included in the sale.

Vehicle is a 2003 Renault Master with 149,000 miles. Current MOT runs to 28/11/2020, with no advisories. The vehicle has been regularly serviced and has recently had a new clutch, 2 new batteries and a new timing kit fitted.

The equipment comprises a 2-door commercial fridge, a 3-door commercial fridge, a 10kg dough maker, 2 wall kettles, scales, tubs, and pallets along with many other items the new owners will need. The sale will include an inverter with 2 large commercial leisure batteries, which provide ample power without the need for a separate noisy petrol generator.

The sale will also include the name Liguori’s Pizza and the accumulated goodwill as a business going concern.

The business would be ideally suited to an industrious individual or a couple looking to acquire and run their own successful turnkey operation.

The turnover has regularly exceeded £60.000 per annum.

Because of the quality of the products we offer, turnover has been exceptionally reliable for several years, which means I have been able to pay my wife salary and declare an additional net profit of £20,000 per annum.

I believe that there is scope to further grow this business to £150,000 turnover, with a gross profit margin on food attributable to the owners of 75-80%.

There is scope for growth by, for example, increasing trading hours, creating a website, and expanding the advertising on social media.

Once the business has been fully understood by the new owners, there is also scoped to consider franchising the operation. This has merit because of the USPs the business currently enjoys. Having a wood fired oven in a mobile service is believed to be unique and this allows very high-quality products to be supplied. This is a formula that lends itself to replication.

If you require any kind of financial help you could try this links for an example or do some research.

I have compiling a handover pack (HP) that contains crucial information that can be passed over to the buyers upon completion. (recipes, ingredients suppliers, insurance, van maintenance, etc…) Further details concerning the operation and financials of the business are available on request.

The business has been professionally valued by a business agency for £149500 in the past. The price has been reduced to reflect a more competitive valuation, with no commission to a third party.

I will not sale the van separately.

Please no time wasters.
